Ms. Sreypeou Chaing is a Legal Adviser with Cambodia Startup Advisers and the Managing Partner of CSP & Associates. Sreypeou is admitted to practice law in the Kingdom of Cambodia and a member of the Cambodian Bar Association, and maintains a broad business law practice.

Before founding CSP & Associates, she practiced law with Cambodia International Law Firm, BNG Legal, and worked as a consulting attorney to private companies for a number of years. As an attorney and consultant, Sreypeou has worked on a wide variety of private legal matters for national and international clients operating businesses in Cambodia. Sreypeou specializes in labor, real estate, commercial & corporate law, as well as litigation and dispute resolution.

Sreypeou holds a Master’s Degree in Activity Enterprise Law and Bachelor’s Degree in Private Law from University Lumiere Lyon 2 (France) and a second Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Private Law from Royal University of Law and Economics (Cambodia). Sreypeou holds as well a Certificat d’Aptitude de Profession d’Avocate from the Bar Association of Cambodia.

Sreypeou speaks Khmer, English and French.
